Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing
  • Leading and inspiring your team to achieve KPIs and store targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Executing visual merchandising initiatives
  • Managing stock and preventing loss
  • Supporting the manager with team training and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a retail sales role with leadership potential
  • Experience working towards KPIs and sales budgets
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and mentor a team
  • Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
