Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Commercial Strategy Leader to drive the development and execution of key commercial strategies that optimize customer, cost, and control systems.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and realize market opportunities, develop new commercial relationships, and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Design and implement systems and tools to monitor and manage contract deliverables, service levels, and commercial outcomes.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven track record in commercial strategy development, implementation, and execution.
  • Exceptional understanding of financial levers and commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate business outcomes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of legislative frameworks relating to building industry and finance services is preferred.
