Injury Recovery Specialist

This role involves guiding Team Members through their recovery process, providing best-practice injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work strategies.

Key responsibilities include owning a portfolio of cases, collaborating with stakeholders to lead return-to-work plans, and supporting operational teams in managing return to work and relevant legislative compliance.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in workers' compensation and injury management is required, specifically in claims management end-to-end. Allied health qualifications such as occupational therapy (OT), exercise physiology (EP), or physiotherapy will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of return to work and rehabilitation best practices, able to devise and adapt strategies for individuals based on medical and workplace information.

Solid understanding of workers' compensation self-insurance regimes, requirements, and practices is also essential.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build partnerships with various stakeholders, including Line Leaders, our TPA, healthcare providers, and Team Members.

This role requires a proactive approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and achieving positive outcomes for Team Members.
