Recovery Expert Opportunity

NSW Health Sydney Olympic Park, New South Wales, Australia is seeking a Recovery Partner to join our team as part of the implementation of our new workers compensation strategy.

This key role will provide technical advice and apply best practice interventions to progress recovery and return to work for workers compensation claims to achieve outcomes, whilst also fostering care and compassion for those recovering from injury.

The ideal candidate will bring proven and demonstrated experience in managing workers compensation claims for a self-insurer or scheme agent, experience in injury management, managing complex physical and psychological injuries, and a strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and Guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing workers compensation claims
  • Experience in injury management
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and Guidelines
  • Current Return to Work Certification
Benefits:
  • Permanent Full-time employment
  • Salary Range: $109,857 - $129, 624 per annum + 12% super and benefits (Health Mgr Lvl 2)

About This Role:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Recovery Partner to join our team has become available. As part of the implementation of our new workers compensation strategy, we are seeking dynamic individuals to manage our Workers Compensation Regional claims portfolio.

This key role will provide technical advice and apply best practice interventions to progress recovery and return to work for workers compensation claims to achieve outcomes, whilst also fostering care and compassion for those recovering from injury.
