Job Overview

As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that installations and associated logistics are carried out smoothly from point of sale through to training.

This varied role requires effective planning and coordination to guarantee seamless execution. You will be responsible for liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of installations.

The scope of this role includes:

  • Ensuring installation and associated logistics are carried out efficiently by effective planning and coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate records within systems to provide visibility to the business.
  • Liaising with Sales, Service, Logistics Providers, and other relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Reviewing, reporting, and recommending initiatives to improve customer experience and installation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate installation schedules to meet customer expectations.

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

- Identify and address potential installation issues proactively to minimize delays.

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and administrative abilities who knows how to use basic Excel. A confident communicator with a solution-oriented approach is essential in this fast-paced environment. You should have high attention to detail and be able to work methodically and accurately. Teamwork, relationship management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also vital.
