Project Site Manager - Façade Installation

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Site Manager to oversee façade installation projects across Sydney.

Job Description:

This role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of façade systems, fixings, glazing techniques, and relevant Australian building codes.

  • Manage site activities and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works in line with project schedules.
  • Interpret shop drawings and ensure correct installation methodology is followed.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, Design Manager, and client representatives to resolve site issues.
  • Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress against program and escalate any delays or risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in façade installation site management, ideally with a focus on window wall or curtain wall systems.
  • Proven track record delivering mid to large-scale high-rise/commercial projects in Sydney
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound understanding of WHS requirements and ability to enforce safety on-site.
