Project Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to assist our project managers in the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

In this role, you will oversee installation processes, perform site inspections, and ensure all safety and quality documentation is completed.

You will work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure expectations are clear and installations run smoothly.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including risk registers, project plans, and invoicing information. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO 9001).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation processes and ensure all safety and quality documentation is completed
  • Evaluate and manage project deliverables, ensuring milestones are met
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure expectations are clear and installations run smoothly
