**Job Opportunity:**

Intellectual Property Attorney Position

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of patent litigation and contentious IP matters.

As an Associate-level attorney, you will contribute to a dynamic team in an international law firm. Your focus will be on patent litigation, working with leading companies across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, mining, automotive, electronic gaming, and fast-moving consumer goods.

You will participate in proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia, High Court, Patent Office, and Trade Mark Office proceedings, as well as appeals.

On the non-contentious side, you will advise clients on global trade mark protection strategy, including managing large global trade mark portfolios.

This role requires an Intellectual Property Attorney with 2-3 years of experience. You will actively involve in IP litigation for clients across multiple sectors, with emphasis on patent litigation and other contentious IP matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patent litigation for leading companies across various sectors.
  • Advise clients on global trade mark protection strategy.
  • Manage large global trade mark portfolios.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
  • Strong understanding of patent litigation and contentious IP matters.
