Job Opportunity

Seeking a Contracts Professional to manage agreements from negotiation to execution, providing end-to-end contract management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaison with customers and stakeholders, collaborating to find solutions that meet third-party requests while protecting obligations and strategic commercial objectives.

  • Manage various agreements from negotiation and drafting to execution and ongoing contract management
  • Liaise with customers as primary point of contact for interfaces with the rail corridor
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions that meet third-party requests
  • Coordinate development of work scopes, quotes, diagrams, and other related information for input into agreements

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in contract management and drafting (desirable but not essential)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to manage risks and resolve issues effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management given high volumes of requests and competing priorities
