Email Deliverability Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Email Deliverability Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional email services and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our teams.

As an Email Deliverability Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to customers and internal teams, managing incoming tickets, and carrying a portfolio of assigned customers with paid deliverability services consulting entitlement. Your expertise will be essential in areas such as blocklist assistance, IP warming, performance analysis, and project participation.

You will engage with customers to understand their needs, monitor satisfaction and success metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience providing deliverability-specific services, competency in deliverability concepts, and strong communication skills.
