Deliverability Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned expert in email deliverability to join our team. As a Deliverability Strategist, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality sending experiences for our customers.

  • Manage an assigned book of business with professionalism and accountability
  • Develop proactive deliverability strategies based on current industry trends
  • Conduct deliverability audits and performance reviews, linking findings to business impact
  • Support customers in resolving issues such as blocklisting, spam traps, or inboxing challenges
  • Monitor delivery metrics and create data-driven plans
  • Quantify improvements in deliverability performance and engagement metrics
  • Handle technical objections with clarity
  • Cultivate long-term relationships across the book of business
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in customer interactions and presentations

Required skills include:

  • Proven ability to demonstrate improved deliverability strategies' impact
  • Excellent communication skills to present confidently to stakeholders
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong relationship management skills
  • Competence in interpreting email deliverability data
  • Familiarity with email infrastructure components and bounce types

For this role, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, along with 5+ years of experience in a data-driven email deliverability role and experience managing an enterprise-level book of business.
