Key Responsibilities
  • Actively manage client portfolios with commitment and care, fostering strong relationships and achieving safe and sustainable outcomes.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to drive results-oriented progress.
  • Conduct comprehensive vocational and non-vocational assessments, providing actionable insights for effective rehabilitation planning.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment where colleagues feel valued and respected.
Requirements
  • Hold qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
  • Be registered with relevant professional bodies, such as AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for efficient travel.

  • Experience in workplace rehabilitation, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing skills, empowering clients to take control of their recovery journey.
  • Exhibit a collaborative mindset, working effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
