New Graduate to Senior Rehabilitation Consultant position based in Western NSW (Bathurst, Orange or Dubbo) in a flexible hybrid working environment (post probation).
Recovre is a national rehabilitation provider delivering best-in-class workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services. We work with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes, including Workers Compensation, Life and CTP insurance. This role is with Marsh McLennan, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of empowering injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.
We Will Count On You To
Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care
Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments
Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued
Manage your time effectively with autonomy across on-site, in-office and hybrid work (if you choose)
What You Need To Have
Qualifications as either an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or access to one of the vehicle perks offered)

Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation (desirable, not essential)
Strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
