Job Title:

Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality evidence-based clinical care to adults aged 18 years and over who experience mental health concerns and their families and carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality evidence-based clinical care as a member of the multidisciplinary team to achieve better health outcomes for adults aged 18 years and over who experience mental health concerns and their families and carers.
  • Conduct intake and assessments, including risk assessments, care treatment planning, care coordination with internal & external services, and provide brief psychological intervention.
  • Must have one of the following: Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist OR AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker (would suit graduate Social Worker wanting to build skills in the mental health field).
  • Highly developed communication (including written) and interpersonal skills to engage with people, advocate on their behalf and establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, families & friends and stakeholders.
