About This Role

This role is responsible for providing consulting and implementation services to ADP Clients, working closely with the Implementation Manager to achieve departmental KPIs. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and customer service experience within an Implementation/Service Delivery environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement: Develop executable plans with internal and external client stakeholders, incorporating functional and technical work streams, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  2. Solution Development: Define client requirements, perform gap analysis, document, and build/configure solutions that meet these needs, utilizing payroll, payroll applications, and processing knowledge.
  3. Project Management: Apply project methodology, including planning, follow-up, reporting, and quality assurance, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  4. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Analyze risks, problems, and opportunities, establishing priorities and allocating resources for resolutions, to minimize potential issues.
  5. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service experience within an Implementation/Service Delivery environment.
  • Excellent understanding of payroll, payroll applications, and processing.
  • Experience with project management methodology and successful delivery in previous roles.
  • Understanding of ADP management systems or corporate enterprise reporting systems.
  • Ability to identify client risks and provide options for resolution.
  • Experience in data mapping, conversion, and integrity.
  • Advance understanding of interface technologies and data exchange between payroll and third-party systems.
  • Experience working within a matrix organisation and managing multiple projects.
