About the Role:
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organise day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality food, beverage, and service standards.
- Manage recruitment, training, rostering, and supervision of staff to ensure adequate coverage and performance.
- Liaise with directors and stakeholders regarding menu development, promotional activities, and business planning.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and ongoing training to support professional development.
For this role, we require a Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field, supported by 3–5 years of relevant management experience.
