Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader

This leadership role is an opportunity to drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of excellence, recognition, and fun within the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and execute business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving results through strategic decision-making.
  • Implement effective strategies to maximize returns, achieve targets, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with global customer service processes and procedures, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Create a motivating and adaptable work environment, supporting employee growth and development.
  • Lead the team in the absence of the Customer Service Manager, providing guidance and direction to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage staffing, leave, and rosters to meet business needs, balancing individual requirements and company expectations.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and onboarding initiatives to develop talent and drive business success.
Responsibilities and Sustainability:
  • Promote environmentally responsible practices, such as reducing single-use plastics and increasing recycling.
  • Support a culture of openness and inclusivity, fostering diversity and promoting a sense of belonging.
Requirements and Key Behaviours:
  • Confidence in product presentations and training, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally, with a passion for exploration and a familiarity with our products.

Experience in change management is beneficial, as is leadership acumen and participation in leadership meetings to ensure strategy consistency. Autonomy, creativity, and adaptability are essential for this role.
