About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with operators to develop tailored digital strategies that increase visibility and bookings.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and engage operators in training, mentoring, and other initiatives aligned with regional priorities.
  • Support event planning and delivery for members, helping businesses leverage opportunities to grow visitation and strengthen their presence.
  • Develop and maintain industry resources, tools, and collateral, as well as contribute to regular performance reports.
