Job Opportunity

The role of an In-Home Support Worker is a fulfilling position where you will be providing care and support to elderly residents in their own homes.

This opportunity involves delivering high-quality, personalized care services that empower our clients to maintain their independence. As an In-Home Support Worker, you will work closely with the elderly residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and ensuring hydration
  • Supporting medication management and administration
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
  • Current NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain it
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
