Senior Change Manager Role

This is a 12 month contract opportunity to join a Government Department in Brisbane, working on the Workforce Management project. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing change management function, delivery of change strategy as well as risk identification and mitigation.

The role involves:

  • Leading the change management delivery
  • Change management implementation
  • Delivery of business process changes
  • Change communication
  • Creation and delivery of program collateral

The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce management platforms and government experience would be beneficial but not mandatory. They must have demonstrated experience in a change lead role, business transformation project experience and high level stakeholder engagement and management skills.

This contract role offers daily rates based on your skills and experience and a WFH / office weekly split with onsite requirements during appointed days. For more information, please apply now for consideration of this role.
