About the Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating bespoke golf holiday experiences for clients. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills to manage client bookings, travel arrangements and ensure seamless delivery of golf holidays.


Main Responsibilities
  • Preparing and sending customised golf holiday quotes to clients, including flight, accommodation, car hire and ground transfers.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
  • Working closely with the team to deliver high-quality golf holidays that meet client expectations.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of golf and a passion for the game.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in email and phone etiquette.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • A flexible attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
