As a Night Audit Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Front Office Manager in compiling comprehensive reports and reconciling hotel transactions. You will also provide exceptional guest services, including check-in/out assistance, and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for our valued patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize the delivery of personalized guest experiences within the front office or reception team environment.
  • Be available to work flexible night shifts from 11pm to 7am, providing excellent support during this critical period.
  • Utilize your technical skills in Property Management Systems (PMS) or possess a sound understanding of computer programs to enhance efficiency.
