About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a dynamic Human Resources professional to join our team as a People Culture Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their expertise in people advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice to business stakeholders on employee matters, including employment contracts and workplace relations.
  • Interpret and provide guidance on employment contracts and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on HR-related topics to enhance organisational performance.
  • Coordinate the development of employment contracts and variations of employment.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks, including police checks and visa sponsorships, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support workforce planning and organisation chart development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a human resources generalist with demonstrated expertise in supporting performance optimisation and organisational growth.
  • Strong experience in employment relations and industrial relations issues.
  • Effective coaching skills to support managers through people and culture processes.
  • Familiarity with human resource information systems to manage data effectively.
