As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will contribute by generating new business, qualifying opportunities, generating Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and driving various outbound and inbound campaigns. You will also focus on the development of each qualified opportunity to pass to your team of Account Executives and Relationship Managers.

You will learn and understand the key fundamentals of successful Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, working with high energy and an entrepreneurial tempo, focusing on business opportunities and sales. The ideal candidate is someone who can start relationships with some of the largest companies in the world, moving them from being loving Mentimeter users to large Enterprise customers.

We are looking for a colleague who can accelerate our growth of over 10% per month. With us, brilliant individuals with the right ambition can really leverage their time at Mentimeter. Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and utilizing various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate contact with potential customers and generate sales opportunities
  • Working closely with Account Executives and Relationship Managers to map organisations and organize prospecting campaigns
  • Converting prospects into opportunities, qualifying their needs and presenting our value proposition
  • Presenting and handing-over qualified inbound and outbound opportunities to Account Executives and Relationship Managers
  • Maintaining accurate and updated records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
