Deputy Principal - Pastoral Care Opportunity

Bunbury Catholic College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced education leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Deputy Principal - Pastoral Care.

About the Role

The Deputy Principal - Pastoral Care will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the College community, with a focus on pastoral care and student well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement College policies and strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff on pastoral care and student well-being.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote student engagement and motivation.
  • Work closely with the College community to build strong relationships and promote a positive school culture.
Selection Criteria

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Passion for Catholic education and commitment to the College's mission and values.
