About the Role
The Department of Education, Western Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in developing and promoting the school's vision and values.
As Deputy Principal, you will work collaboratively with our teaching staff and support team to implement the priorities of our School Plan. This includes delivering a high-quality curriculum across all phases of learning and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to teaching staff to ensure high-quality educational outcomes for all students
- Developing and implementing school-wide initiatives to promote student wellbeing and engagement
- Collaborating with other school leaders to achieve strategic goals and objectives
