Job Overview:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with strategic partnerships.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Global & Corporate portfolio through effective management.
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities, ensuring timely responses to day-to-day queries and policy documentation.
  • Develop key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior management to develop client servicing solutions.
  • Identify revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio.

As a Client Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced brokers on Australian accounts with a global reach. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, contributing to the growth of the Global & Corporate portfolio, and overseeing administrative responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • Tier 1 or Diploma qualification, or intention to complete this qualification.
  • Solid general insurance experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • A drive to deliver exceptional client service with a collaborative approach to working as part of a team.
  • Experience supporting senior team members with large corporates.
  • Strategic thinking with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
