Industry Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to provide customer service and on-site support to a world-leading mining company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safety requirements are met on site and in the workplace.
You will also be responsible for developing relationships with key customer stakeholders, promoting consistency as a centralized point of contact, and maximizing customer fleet performance through reliability processes and defect elimination strategies.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing market share of parts and service, communicating and managing challenges affecting fleet performance and satisfaction, and managing, documenting, and resolving customer issues and enquiries.
About YouWe are looking for someone with trade qualifications and demonstrated customer management experience in the mining industry.
Candidates should have experience in mining, mining services, or heavy earthmoving industries, and a strong commitment to Safety and continuous Improvement.
A proactive approach to sourcing solutions and a positive attitude to developing the business through a team approach are essential for this role.
