Job Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and on-site support to a leading mining company in the Bowen Basin region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and adhere to all safety requirements on site and within the workplace;
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders;
  • Ensure consistency as a centralized point of contact;
  • Maximize customer fleet performance through reliability-focused systems and training;
  • Maintain and increase market share of parts and services;
  • Communicate and manage challenges affecting fleet performance and satisfaction;
  • Manage, document and resolve customer issues and enquiries.

About You

We are seeking someone with:

  • Relevant trade qualifications;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships in the mining industry;
  • Knowledge of mining, mining services or heavy earthmoving industries;
  • A commitment to Safety and continuous Improvement;
  • A proactive approach to finding solutions;
  • A positive attitude to developing the business through collaboration.
