Executive Talent Partner Job Description

UpGuard is seeking a forward-thinking Executive Talent Partner to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. This role is not a traditional recruiting position, but rather a strategic recruiter who will architect and execute talent strategies that enhance our leadership hiring approach.

The ideal candidate is a talent expert, deeply skilled in market mapping, and a master of leveraging AI and automation to pinpoint, engage, and secure executive-level leaders. You will be a key player in shaping the future of our organization by ensuring we have the right leadership to navigate the complexities of our industry.

This role involves conducting in-depth talent and market mapping to provide a comprehensive overview of the competitive landscape. You will identify key talent pools, understand organizational structures of similar companies, and provide actionable insights that inform our executive search strategies.

  • Conduct research and analysis on company structures, leadership changes, and market trends to proactively identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that utilize AI and automation tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment approach.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of executive searches, from defining role requirements with senior stakeholders to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective interviewing and assessment techniques.
