We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and translate complex business needs into actionable analytical methodologies, delivering high-impact solutions that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret retail business needs and develop analytical methodologies to deliver desired business benefits and outcomes.
- Identify key actionable insights from advanced analytics and translate them into clear business recommendations.
- Apply leading practice analytical methods and techniques in an agile, pragmatic way that reflects business needs and constraints.
- Create business enthusiasm and demand for advanced analytics through effective communication and translation of technical concepts.
- Deliver seamless and proactive service to stakeholders by articulating customer opportunity, commercial benefit, analytical findings, and data-driven insight recommendations.
- Showcase, benchmark, and quantify the value and outcomes of analytics-based decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Econometrics, Applied Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in advanced analytics positions and 5+ years' experience in data-related roles.
- Track record in designing and delivering data-driven actionable solutions.
- Knowledge and understanding of statistical and machine learning modelling concepts and processes.
- Experience implementing statistical and machine learning models such as GLM, Time Series Modelling, Neural Networks, Decision Tree Ensemble Methods, Clustering, etc.
- Extensive experience with Python and SQL.
