Job Title: Director of Program Delivery

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced program delivery professional to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of Communicable Diseases projects within the Health Contact Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, procurement, quality assurance, risk management, human resources, and communication strategies in line with endorsed project management frameworks.
  • Oversee project resources, expenses, and capital costs against project forecasts and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Provide informal leadership and direction to a small team of project professionals and develop staff capability through mentoring.
  • Develop timely and relevant written submissions, briefs, presentations, and information papers to support informed decision-making among project stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including design and delivery of large-scale and complex projects.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop and implement solutions to complex issues.
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities, with ability to lead a team of project management professionals.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, and communication skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
  • High-level knowledge and application of project and change management frameworks and methodologies.
