Job Overview

We are seeking an outstanding sales professional to join our team, supporting the Deep Brain Stimulation business in Australia. Parkinson's Disease affects over 200,000 people across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory plans to deliver annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in assigned territories.
  • Plan and develop market strategies for existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.

Critical Skills and Competencies:

  • Business Acumen: Seasoned professional with demonstrated sales success, ability to manage a territory, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Product/Technical Knowledge: Proactive and up-to-date with technical knowledge in DBS and procedures.
  • Relationship Building: Effective network builder and skilled rapport builder, able to balance building relationships with achieving objectives.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional commercial experience with demonstrated achievement of commercial success, especially in medical devices.
  • Strong preference for someone with experience in DBS and/or other neurosurgical therapies.
  • Tertiary education in science or business is desirable.
