Job Opportunity: Medical Territory Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our sales team and contribute to the delivery of innovative medical technologies to patients in need.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and maintain a strong market presence.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet divisional goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical knowledge in Neuromodulation, procedures, and products to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Plan, develop, and maintain effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and materials to ensure seamless operations and informed decision-making.

Key Competencies:

  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of sales success, ability to manage territories, and execute on new business opportunities.
  • Product/Technical Knowledge: Stay current with technical knowledge in Neuromodulation, procedures, and products.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain effective networks, rapport, and partnerships to achieve work-related goals.
  • Organising And Reporting: Maintain organised materials, files, and reports; plan and prioritise territory activity.
  • Results Focused: Results-oriented mindset, measures performance, and seeks feedback for self-development.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Commercial experience in the medical devices industry, prior experience with Neuromodulation products is desirable. Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining relationships, good learner with clinical knowledge, ability to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule, excellent communication skills, results focused with resilience and flexibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Tertiary education in a medical, science or business field is preferred.
