We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our clinical team. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services that meet the individual needs of residents.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure optimal care and service delivery. You will provide clinical leadership of staff, integrate care and services, and anticipate and deliver high-quality care and services to meet resident needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership of staff to ensure optimal care and service delivery.
  • Effectively integrate and achieve care, services, and clinical governance in the management of resident care.
  • Anticipate and deliver high-quality care and services to meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Ensure documentation meets professional and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to provide clinical leadership and consultancy to medical practitioners and allied health professionals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
