Our Child Protection Services team delivers high-quality, integrated care to vulnerable children and youth. We work collaboratively to provide strengths-based practice, including assessment, intervention, casework, and complex case management.
Critical Responsibilities:
- To undertake high-quality strengths-based child protection practice, encompassing assessment, intervention, casework, and complex case management
- To maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with departmental requirements
- To contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
- To provide guidance and support to new and less experienced colleagues
Skill Requirements:
- Relevant experience in child welfare fields
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to maintain precise and up-to-date records
