About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Engagement Coordinator.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective partnerships across multiple employment services areas
  • Establishing, maintaining and nurturing strategic partnerships with disability services, RTO and TAFE's, schools and other community groups
  • Increasing commenced caseloads through relationship building in the community
  • Facilitating collaboration between external partnerships and our teams, to ensure participant needs are addressed
  • Attending and supporting industry events, market days and showcases, representing us to employers, service providers and participants
  • Generating monthly reports and profiles, collating partnerships within our Partner Portal
  • Supporting our network of employers on adoption of disability employment practices
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Employment Services, with knowledge of disabilities and the disability support sector
  • Strong skills in identifying, assessing and developing new opportunities aligned with business strategy
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to manage competing demands
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
  • Self-motivated, autonomous and capable of maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Attention to detail, high standards of professionalism and customer service excellence
  • Must hold a Driver's license as travel throughout the region will be required
