Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with disability services, RTOs, TAFEs, schools, and other community groups.
- Increase commenced caseloads through relationship building in the community.
- Foster collaboration between external partnerships and internal teams to drive results.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. You should also have a passion for community development and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
