Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Area Manager, leading our successful team in Parramatta. Working closely with area, regional and state managers, this position involves all aspects of people management to oversee our local team of Rehabilitation Consultants and drive growth across Western and Metro Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting our team of consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality injury management services
  • Collaborating with our management team to expand our services throughout Western Sydney
  • Optimizing productivity through monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and individual performance metrics
  • Fostering a culture aligned with our values and promoting ongoing professional development and delivering exceptional services
  • Account and relationship management of existing customers as well as business development of new opportunities
About You:
  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Psychologist (with full relevant professional membership)
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Passionate about people management and relationship building
  • Management, business development, quality assurance and/or customer relationship management experience essential
  • Able to communicate effectively and adapt your management approach
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
