  • The office location is Parramatta, with two days per week spent there and one day at Parkline Place or Paramatta.

Biz planning, quality control, and contract administration are key responsibilities.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and alignment of lease administration, financial reporting, and other business activities.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, particularly in outsourced property and facilities management.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading biz planning and quality assurance for Commercial Development & Management.
  • Contract and procurement processes for outsourced property and facilities management services.
  • Developing best-practice frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and influence outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges.
  • Proven leadership qualities to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills to build trust and drive successful outcomes.
  • Experience managing complex projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Commercial property experience with a strong understanding of profit and loss accounts, budget management, and financial performance.
  • Proven ability to manage outsourced service providers.
  • Solid grasp of asset portfolio performance and business operations.
