**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
