Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.

This is a full-time role based in Maroochydore, with a minimum of three days per week spent in the office and flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other channels
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems and managing administrative tasks
