Required Skills and Qualifications- Data analysis and interpretation skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telefundraising program strategy, call centre metrics, and operations
- Knowledge of Salesforce and CIVIS dashboards
