Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to passengers with reduced mobility needs. This includes providing assistance with wheelchair transfers, operating lifting devices, and ensuring that passengers arrive at their destination safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with reduced mobility needs in navigating the airport.
  • Operate wheelchairs and other equipment to facilitate safe and efficient transfers.
  • Provide accurate information to passengers regarding their journey.
  • Complete relevant documentation to ensure seamless processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with customers or passengers with special needs (desirable).
