Casual Brand Ambassadors – Sydney International Airport (Duty Free)

Do you have a passion for customer service & retail sales ?

Are you confident, outgoing, engaging, and ready to bring energy to an international audience?

The Marc Edward Agency is seeking the services of a handful of dynamic Casual Brand Ambassadors to represent a major retailer and oversee the seasonal promotional activity that runs 2-3 month at at a time throughout the year at Sydney International Airport Duty Free.

About the role:

  • You will be working airside in Depts at Sydney International Airport
  • Shifts are typically 4–5 hours each, starting at 7:00am & early afternoons, Monday - Sunday
  • You must be available 3–4 days per week (minimum) for each promotional roll out
  • You will be engaging with international travelers in a busy fast paced environment as they depart Sydney airport to head overseas

What you'll do:

  • Welcome and connect with travelers as they pass through Sydney airport to head overseas
  • Encourage travelers to partake in seasonal promotional campaigns that are running at the time
  • Deliver outstanding A+ customer service at all times and create memorable experiences
  • Drive sales and brand awareness back into store
  • Maintain and uphold best practice standards

What we're looking for:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury/beauty/hospitality with RSA preferred)
  • A confident, professional, and vibrant personality
  • Flexibility to work across early morning, afternoon, weekend & public holiday shifts
  • Reliability a must, excellent grooming at all times essential, and strong sales focus
  • Eligibility to work airside (in-depth security checks will apply)
