Job Title: Brand Ambassador – Luxury Liquor

Location: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, International Airport

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Brand Ambassador to represent a prestigious luxury liquor brand at Sydney International Airport. If you have a passion for premium spirits, excellent customer service skills, and can engage effectively with diverse international travelers, this is an exciting opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and showcase luxury liquor products to travelers at Sydney/ Melbourne/ Brisbane International Airport
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits with in-depth liquor knowledge
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Engage Mandarin-speaking customers fluently to enhance their experience

Requirements:

  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of liquor and premium spirits is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet set sales targets
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Korean or Vietnamese (spoken) is highly regarded
  • Previous experience in customer service or brand ambassador roles is preferred
