We are seeking Part Time Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests at our Sydney International Lounges.

Job Description

As a key member of our lounge team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This includes:

  • Greeting guests with a smile and ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Providing assistance with luggage and other guest needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring the lounge area is clean and well-maintained, including regular checks of the foyer and cleaning of curbside areas as required.
  • Assisting guests with general enquiries and responding to requests promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, with a focus on providing a positive representation of our brand.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, with a focus on maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy objects, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Able to obtain necessary clearances and certifications to work in restricted airport areas.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with a focus on meeting the changing needs of our business.
