Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Guest Services Agents to join our Sydney Airport team.

As a key ambassador for our brand, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in creating authentic experiences that exceed their expectations.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless guest check-in and documentation processes.
  • Provide support during flight disruptions and cancellations.
  • Assist unaccompanied children and guests with disabilities for a smooth experience.
  • Board flights and complete arrival and departure tasks, including service announcements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • At least three years of employment in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the airport.
  • Flexible roster shift working (including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods).
