About the Role
The Technical Service Manager oversees the Infrastructure Support Team, ensuring the delivery of ICT business performance outcomes. This includes managing infrastructure operational processes and internal controls to mitigate risk.
The team operates a hybrid computing model, with services in Microsoft Azure and on-premise infrastructure. The role is responsible for management and compliance of these services, including Azure Container Services, virtual servers, and Azure DevOps.
Occasionally, this role will liaise with external vendors providing support services for key infrastructure such as networks, security, and applications development.
About You
As an inspirational leader, the ideal candidate will be a technical expert with experience implementing and managing ICT services in cloud-based environments. They will deliver high-level customer services consistent with good practice and drive continuous improvement.
