Job Title: Positive Behaviour Support Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Positive Behaviour Support Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-performing teams, provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, and contribute to delivering high-quality services aligned with our standards.

About the Role:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Behaviour Support Practitioners to ensure delivery of high-quality services aligned with our standards.
  • Support the operational management of our North and South Perth Positive Behaviour Support teams.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners and Head of Operations to ensure consistency in practice, clear communication of priorities, and strong focus on participant outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  1. Guide and support Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver high-quality services.
  2. Assist with the operational management of the Positive Behaviour Support teams.
  3. Work collaboratively with Business Partners and Head of Operations to ensure consistent practices and strong focus on participant outcomes.
  4. Travel across regions as required to support service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience in clinical supervision and willingness to work across regions.
  • Strong operational skills with demonstrated experience in managing and supporting high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a high professional standard in a collaborative leadership environment.
Qualifications:
  • Current suitability at Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Considerable experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern.
  • Substantial experience in the provision of positive behaviour supports.
  • Up-to-date evidence-based clinical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
